Home Use

"An Osprey Homecoming" is being sold at the listed price of $26.95 for private, in-home use only. This means you may use it and show it in your home to friends and family and may also loan or give it to friends and family members for their own in-home use. Please contact us to inquire about licensing for other uses.

Please read the following excerpt from our License Agreement regarding home use:

Home Video Sale "Home Video Sale" means the release of a Program supplied in any media format (for example DVD, CD, VHS, other tape formats, film, internet etc.) to a Customer for Customer's personal use or for use with Customer's friends and family only. PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OF A PROGRAM OR A PORTION OF A PROGRAM IS NOT PERMITTED, except that which is permitted under the "face-to-face" exemption (Section 110 (1)) of U.S. Copyright Law. A public performance is any performance which occurs outside of the home, or at any place where people are gathered who are not friends or family members, for example in a school, theater, library, interpretive center, business, or group meeting of any sort.
